  • Do I need to register to place an order?
    It is not necessary to be registered to place an order, but it can make your shopping experience more efficient, because you would be able to follow up on your order, as well as to receive information by e-mail about new collections and discounts.
  • How can I order?
    You can place an order on our website or you can call us, send us an e-mail or write to us on Facebook Messenger.
  • What personal information is required to make the order by phone or through a Facebook message?
    To make an order without registration you are required to provide us with your name and surname, home address, phone number an an e-mail. Of course, do not forget to include the name and size of the product that you have selected.
  • How long does it take to receive the order?
    The standard delivery period for products marked with a symbol 'Fast Delivery' is 3 business day. The other items can take up to 21 business days (3 weeks) to be delivered, due to the fact that most of our products are ordered to our manufacturers after being individually requested by our customers.For your convenience we have added the category of 'Fast delivery' and 'discount' where you can find products with immediate shipping and delivery. When you place an order from those categories we are going to send it in the same day without contacting you for a confirmation. If most of the items in one order are available, we are going to grant you with free shipping! In this case, you only need to pay delivery service tax to the courier. You will receive shipping confirmation and delivery information via e-mail whenever you place an order with products that are not available.
  • What courier service are you using?
    Online store IVET uses the courier services provided by ARAMEX.
  • What is the shipping cost?
    The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and is calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Do you have a physical store where I can try on your products?
    No, we do not have a store. IVET is an online store and all the products we offer are ordered directly from the manufacturers and delivered to the customers.
  • Can I get my order directly from your office?
    This is not possible due to the fact that our warehouse is at a different location. For the moment we only deliver orders via courier services.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, but the shipping cost will differ according to the used courier services.
  • How can I determine my size correctly?
    You can find a size guide for each product on their product page. Before choosing a size, it is important that you measure yourself, especially when ordering underwear. In 'special instructions' at checkout you can give us additional information, so that we can determine your size correctly. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us!
  • Can I exchange a product?
    If you are unhappy with an item you can easily return it within 14 days of delivery. The only condition is that the item has not been used and does not have any odours. For more information about exchanges, please follow the link Returns & Exchanges.
  • Can I make a reclamation?

  • Who pays for courier service for returns and exchanges?
    Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. All shipment and courier costs are covered by the customer.
  • What are the ways to receive a refund?
    Refunds are made by bank transfer or PayPal.
  • Is there a possibility that product colours may differ in real life?
    The product pictures show the most exact colour of the products. IVET does not take any responsibility for inaccurate representation of product colours due to different technical settings of different computer systems. Slight difference in colour from the manufacturer is acceptable.
  • Where are your products manufactured?
    All of our products are made in Europe from high quality fabrics.
  • Can I change my order?
    After placing an order, it is automatically confirmed. If you want to change something, please contact us no late than 3 hours after making it.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    If you need to cancel an order, please use our contact form("Product information" on page Contact Us). We are going to contact you immediately after we receive it. Please, do order products that you do not want!
  • Can I order different sizes of swimwear top and bikini bottom?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer separate swimwear tops and bottoms.If your size is not standard, please choice items that are adjustable!
  • Do you have a privacy policy for providing personal information?
    All data is processed in accordance to the laws in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • How can I find what I am looking for more quickly?
    For your convenience we have added a search engine with filters, which will help you browse more quickly by adding specific criteria (size or colour). All you need to do is search by name, category or other key words. Then you can filter the results by using the product filter on the left.
