PAYMENT METHODS AND DELIVERY SERVICE

Delivery

IVET.BG offers two ways of delivering ordered goods to our customers who can choose the one they find most practical. Deliveries are made via UPS Express and Bulgarian Posts - these are the ways we are able to guarantee the best service. No other option, suggested by the customer, will be considered as we only use these two ways of delivering goods.

All orders are processed during our working hours, every day from Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 6:00pm (UTC + 02:00).

If the ordered products are in stock, your order will be processed and dispatched on the same day. In this case UPS Express is an option for fast delivery within two (2) working days. Bulgarian Posts offer a more economical way to have your goods delivered to you – it takes seven (7) working days.The standard delivery of goods that are not in stock takes 30 working days (3 weeks) from the moment your order is processed. If an order is placed after 5:00pm, it will be processed and sent on the next working day, given that the desired products are in stock. All orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

When finalizing an order, the customer chooses one of the two ways for it to be sent. All delivery expences are paid by the customer. The sum is automatically calculated and displayed on the site – it includes information about every single sum you have to pay. The cost of delivery depends on the total weight of the products you have ordered.

Deliveries for the USA are made only by UPS Express in a period of 14 working days (2 weeks).

It is important for you to make sure that the delivery address is correct as it is impossible for us to redirect orders that are already sent to you.

Payment methods

Payment can be made only by the online systems e-Pay and PayPal. You need to have an account at our website in order to pay online for your purchases.
