Exchange for another size or a different product


In case you like to return a product, you can do it in a period of 14 days after receiving it. It is your responsibility to make sure that the returned products are in a good condition, clean, without any signs of wear and trying on (haven't been worn, washed, ironed, torn and do not smell) with all of their labels still attached. (You need to also include: goods receipt and the return, exchange or reclamation form. In case of exchange or order cancellation, the client has to pay for the courier for the returning of the product to Ivet.eu.
The client has the right to exchange the item with another product from our store. He has to write the name of the new product in the form. When the exchanged item is more expensive than the returned one we are going to inform you of the additional due amount.

Order cancellation


IVET.EU's clients can cancel and return an order in a period of 14 days after receiving the goods. It is your responsibility to make sure that the returned products are in a good condition, clean, without any signs of wear and trying on (haven't been worn, washed, ironed, torn and do not smell) with all of their labels still attached. (You need to also include: goods receipt and the return, exchange or reclamation form. The paid amount for the goods will be refunded according to the provisions of Article 54 and of the CPA. Please, leave a correct IBAN for faster return processing.

Reclamation

You can ask for reclamation in the events of: defected products from manufacturing or wrong product received. Damaged goods from the transportation can be considered only if the form is filled in in the presence of the courier. In the cases of reclamation, the seller assumes the expense of the courier, and you are asked to contact our operator to specify the return process. Reclamation is accepted in accordance to the procedure described in Article 122 and the following CPA.

 

  • Returns with cash on delivery are not accepted.
  • You can choose what courier service to use for the return.
  • Returns in person at our office are also not accepted. We only accept the ones sent with a courier service. 
  • Returns of socks, stockings, leggings, underwear bottoms and jewelry are not accepted! Swimwear can only be EXCHANGED in 14 days after received.
  • Upon our receipt of the returned goods you will receive an e-mail, informing you that you will received the due amount in a period of maximum 14 days if you have provided us with the correct IBAN or in 14 days following the procedure, explained in Article 54 and the CPA.
  • Damaged returned goods due to poor transportation packaging will be returned to the customer at his expense. Carefully package the goods to ensure that there are well preserved during transportation..
