Reclamation

You can ask for reclamation in the events of : defected products from manufacturing or wrong product received. Damaged goods from the transportation can be considered only if the form is filled in in the presence of the courier. In the cases of reclamation, the seller assumes the expense of the courier, and you are asked to contact our operator to specify the return process. Reclamation is accepted in accordance to the procedure described in Article 122 and the following CPA.

  • Returns with cash on delivery are not accepted.
  • You can choose what courier service to use for the return. Returns sent by Bulgarian Posts are not accepted.
  • Returns in person at our office are also not accepted. We only accept the ones sent with a courier service. 
  • Returns of socks, stockings, leggings, underwear bottoms and jewelry are not accepted! Swimwear can only be EXCHANGED in 14 days after received.
  • Upon our receipt of the returned goods you will receive an e-mail, informing you that you will received the due amount in a period of 7 days if you have provided us with the correct IBAN or in 14 days following the procedure, explained in Article 54 and the CPA.
  • Damaged returned goods due to poor transportation packaging will be returned to the customer at his expense. Carefully package the goods to ensure that there are well preserved during transportation.
