IVET.AE's clients can cancel and return an order in a period of 14 days after receiving the goods. It is your responsibility to make sure that the returned products are in a good condition, clean, without any signs of wear and trying on (haven't been worn, washed, ironed, torn and do not smell) with all of their labels still attached. (You need to also include: goods receipt and the return, exchange or reclamation form. The paid amount for the goods will be refunded according to the provisions of Article 54 and of the CPA. Please, leave a correct IBAN for faster return processing.

• Returns with cash on delivery are not accepted.
• You can choose what courier service to use for the returning of the products. Returns with Bulgarian Posts are not accepted.
• Returns in person at our office are not accepted. We accept only the ones sent with a courier 
• Returns of socks, stockings, leggings, underwear bottoms and jewelry are not accepted! Swimwear can only be EXCHANGED in 14 days after received.
• Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we have received your items and the due amount will be refunded within 7 days if you have provided us with the correct IBAN or in 14 days according to Article 54.
• Damaged returned goods due to poor transportation packaging will be returned to the customer at his expense. Carefully package the goods to ensure that there are well preserved during transportation.
